• 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Eligibility: To be eligible, items (especially Watches, Beauty products, and Gadgets) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original premium packaging with all seals intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain Health & Beauty items and intimate accessories cannot be returned once opened.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
